Peizhi is a dedicated and passionate trainer who has found her calling to the outdoor education at an early age. She was a NPCC cadet at her school and had experience of leading her peers and juniors in countless programmes.
After graduating from NYP with a diploma in Sports and Wellness Management, she joined FIT, and later Camelot as an outdoors instructor.
Her experience has proven valuable on several occasions, and has quickly risen through the ranks. Although she is now a HR manager, she still makes it a point to regularly involve herself with events to keep in touch with the ground as well as to pass on her experience to the next generation.
As an Advance Trainer with MOE, she is obligated to keep up to date on the various safety protocols, as well as conduct regular courses for teachers as well as trainers for vendors who are interested to align themselves to MOE guidelines and teachings.
Ms Een has also led several successful expeditions and programmes, both locally as well as overseas. She is also an integral member in our corporate programmes, with clients often praising her for her unique insights into their group dynamics.
