We are on a constant lookout for dedicated individuals to assist us in our programs on a freelance or full-time basis, by filling the following positions:

Corporate Sales Executive new!
For Corporate Teambuilding & Retreat / Outdoor Adventure Programs.
- Sales Driven
- Self-Motivated
- Able to work independently
- Good presentation skills

Swim Teacher (Permanent Part-Time for Weekends)
- SSTA & NROC
- Valid First Aid Certificate

Group Instructor (GI)
- Guide participants through activities and ensure their overall safety
- Understand and deliver objectives of camp
- Brief participants on the activities that they are involved in
- Be generally accountable for the entire group of participants (usually of 20 or less persons)

Belayer
- Belay activity participants through high rope course/rock-climbing
- Safety of the activity participants
- Distribution of climbing and belaying equipment to stations
- Ensuring that all equipment are accounted for and kept in stores after activities are over

MOE Outdoor Adventure Facilities Licensed Instructor
- Brief and debrief participants before and after activity
- Conduct/ Supervise activities at our outdoor adventure facilities
- Ensuring overall safety of participants
- Ensuring all equipment are checked before rigging up
- Checking entire station before leaving compound after activity
- All runner cords and other equipment to be put back in place before leaving stations

Kayaking Instructor (KI)
- Must hold Kayaking Level 1 Coaching Cert (Star holders can join us for attachment)
- Conduct a safety briefing for all participants on the PFD (personal floatation device), paddle, kayak, raft up and capsize drill
- Organize the group to prepare equipment before heading down for the buoyancy test/ water confidence test
- Once out at sea, conduct activities for the participants before beaching up

Dragon Boat Instructor (DI)
- Help prepare equipment for briefing (ensure tyres and rubber mats for launching are in place, and rudder and oars are prepared for each boat)
- Conduct a safety briefing for participants on the PFD, oar, dragon boat and capsize drill
- Ensure safe launching of dragon boats (i.e. no fingers stuck under boat, no dragging of boat on the slipway) into the water before allowing the participants to board the boat with the rudder, bailers and their individual oars
- Once out at sea, teach participants basics of rowing

Improvised Rafting Instructor (IR)
- Help prepare equipment for briefing (4 barrels, 6 pipes, and ropes for each raft of 15 participants)
- Conduct a safety briefing for all participants on the PFD and oars
- Conduct knots & lashing lesson for participants to tie their rafts
- Conduct buoyancy test for participants
- Launch raft for activity
- Ensuring that all equipment are accounted for and kept in stores after activities are over

Boat Pilot (BP)
- Must hold a valid PPCDL license
- Prepare safety boats to be launched
- Once activities start, BP is to act as a safety lookout and provide assistance whenever necessary (this may include towing and rescuing of kayaks)
- When activities are over, boat is to be brought up with assistance. Engine to be flushed, and all equipment to be returned
