Changi Coast Adventure Centre (CCAC) was pre-conceived in 2004 with the intent of building a coastal based adventure centre focusing on water/sea activities. Construction began in 2005 with the centre operational in 2006. CCAC boasts a capacity of up to 300 participants housed in 8 “Open Kampung Styled” blocks each with its own activity space underneath in case of rain.
A fully equipped Challenge Ropes Course with 6 elements, two abseil lanes, a zip-line as well as an outdoor rock-wall will provide participants with endless activities. An indoor rock-wall is also available for rainy days.
Sea activities are the forte of the camp. With over 40 kayaks, doubles and singles, to provide students with activities in the sea. Improvised rafting is also available for team building activities. 20 bicycles are available for rent to schools to complement their outdoor programme.
The vendor at the centre, Camelot Pte Ltd, has supplemented the centre with additional activities like dragon boating, rafting as well as customised courses. They are also able to help schools with the planning of camps and programmes.
