SPECIALIZED COURSE – JUNIOR LIFE SAVING COURSE

It is important to learn some skills in rescuing. The lifesaver will be at risk of drowning unless rescue skills are learned properly. Staying calm and being confident in the water will enable the rescuer to take control of an incident. Teaching and training children these techniques will allow them to build on their foundational skills and improve their proficiency.

This course is designed to be suitable for juniors who are new to swimming. The course focuses on basic water skills from the learning of strokes to orientation in deep waters. The lesson will build upon the basics of water safety and land-based non-contact rescue.
